i am at 59.2kg - extremely happy with that. so have been able to maintain this weight for a week.. time to get under into the 58kg range though - i cannot even remember the last time i weighed that, i was probably 11 or 12?

then 57kg is the goal weight! back to doing 30 DS too!

haven’t been able to weight - been eating very clean (mostly)

so will see what the scale has to say tomorrow..

also haven’t done the 30DS in 4 days - so bad of me!!

When did you actually start this new lifestyle? I have started this week and hope to be seeing your transformation by November, is that realistic? You are my number one inspiration!

I don't know how to reply to your post bc I'm new to tumblr, but for soreness you can take an ice bath...google it for specifics, it is what athletes do when they get sore training

i’ll try that :) LOL at the thought of me being like an athlete!!! thanks x

Day 3 of Level 2 the 30 Day Shred and my shoulders and lower back are really taking strain, not in that nice ‘i just got a good workout’ kind of way - but in a really really painful sort of way..

any tips? should i skip tomorrow, take a rest day - been going like 7 days in a row - or keep on going??

it’s really really tough.

my body plateaued and was very comfortable at 60kg for over a month, and i have finally broken it and got down to 59.1kg which is a huge accomplishment, my BMI’s gone from a very overweight 27 down to a very good normal 22!

however there is a certain way i want my body to look, and as much as i love it now, i am not completely satisfied. i did not come all the way down from 73kg’s just to stop now. no way. i’m going for 57kg. i’m toning up big time.

my body is going to look exactly how i’ve always dreamed it would look, its rather surreal really. i’m starting to see definition on my stomach where there just used to be fat. my arms are now toned rather than jiggly as they once were.

i’m so close. i cannot believe it.

if you are reading this and have just started your journey, it is so so worth it to continue, even if you mess up a bit, pick yourself up and keeping going. it’s all about consistency! x

and it didn’t end well, landed up eating soo much! like crazy way too much.

i find it so easy to stay and track when i’m doing my own thing, have a healthy dinner at 6:30/7pm and i’m full and satisified. the problem comes in when people only start arriving at 7:30, have starters at 8, and mains by 8:30 i am literally soo hungry that i just eat everything in sight.

grrr, so obviously i didn’t weigh this morn - will again tomorrow!

i say attempted, because i probably only did 50% - wow that is a major step up from level 1 - my ass could not keep up. killer moves!!

this is what i’m working for!
